The Happiness Planner: Why You Need One!

Updated: Mar 27, 2020

I first started reading about the Happiness Planner online. Everyone seemed to love it, and had nothing but good things to say about it. So, after putting it off for months, I decided to cave and get one of my own, and it was the best decision I ever made! So, I decided to share all about the Happiness Planner and their brand in this week’s blog!

There are various different forms of the Happiness Planner. Some go by months, days, and years. You can get a new one to match the year, or, you can do what I do and find one you like, and continue to reuse it. They also have printables that are mini versions of the planner itself.

This is what a typical day looks like. It lets you plan out your week, write a to-do list and calendar for each day, write down what you’re excited about, and what your main focus for the day is. Then at the end of the day, you write down good things about your day, things you’re grateful for, and what you hope for tomorrow.

At the end of the week, it has you do a weekly reflection. You describe your week )both good and bad), what you’ve learned, things you’re grateful for, and what you’d like to improve.

I love starting and ending my day with my Happiness Planner. It was so worth it, and I hope I’ve convinced you to give it a try as well!
