DIY Fall Decor

Happy September, everyone! I don’t know about you, but I’m SO ready to kiss August goodbye (let’s be honest, all of summer!) With it being September, and the promise of fall and the holidays on the horizon, I thought it was the perfect time to put up my fall decor. So, in this week’s blog post, I wanted to share my fun, easy, DIY fall decor with you!

1). Orange lights

Ya’ll, I’m OBSESSED with these orange lights! I keep some sort of lights up in my room all year round, but these orange ones add such a cozy element. You can find them at Target.

2). DIY glitter leaf garland

This one is new this year, and it was so inexpensive (and easy) to make! I have another post scheduled about how I did it coming soon!

3). Pumpkins

It may be too early for the real deal, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still have pumpkins around! I got these from Michale’s, and used a round sponge brush to decorate them with gold paint.

4). DIY mason jars

Another inexpensive (and easy) DIY for you! I took baby pinecones, put them in a few mason jars, and glued fake leaves on the front.

5). Fall-themed Build-a-Bear

I’ve had this sweet little thing since I was about 10 years old. My Grandma and I used to go to Build-a-Bear every year, and this was the one I made.

Are you as ready for fall as I am? How do you get in the spirit? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
