Easy & Healthy Snack Options

We all know the importance of keeping snacks on hand, but what are the best (and easiest!) options? In this week’s blog, I’m sharing a few of my favorite snacks for being on-the-go!

1). Almonds

Almonds are such an easy one! You can take the bag, or put them in a separate one, and they’re so filling! And, they come in so many delicious flavors!

2). Fruit

My personal favorites are bananas, apples, and peaches. However, you can pick whatever your favorites are! You can even mix them together in a salad if you like having them mixed together.

3). Hard Boiled Eggs

These are a great source of protein! I like to top them with some Everything Bagel Seasoning to add more flavor, but they’re just as good plain! I like to make them at the beginning of the week, and just keep them in the fridge for when I need them.

4). Ham & Cheese Roll Ups

The cheese is totally optional, but I love it! I take a slice of ham and roll it up with a slice of cheese. It definitely hits the spot as a mid-day snack.

5). Yogurt

Again, such an easy option! It definitely gives you a good amount of protein and keeps you satisfied. There’s so many good flavors out there, so pick your favorite!
