How to Master your At-Home Workouts


Like most of us in the last year and a half, we’ve learned that so ,any hints can be done from our own homes, including working out! There are so many good reasons to workout from home, and work with an online fitness coach to show you how to do it effectively! So, in this week’s blog, I’m sharing my top tips for working out as an online fitness coach. 1). Invest in minimal equipment When I say “equipment” I mean simple things, like a set of free weights and resistance bands. That’s it! Just those few things allow you to get great results, and do many of the same movements you’d do in the gym! (And, with free weights, you can also do modified versions of different weight machines ) 2). Have a go-to playlist For me, having the right music makes ALL the difference! I like to switch it up every few weeks to keep it interesting. 3). Track your time While your workouts don’t need to be ridiculously long, they should last between 20-30 minutes. Set a timer, or however you want to track your time to make sure you don’t get distracted by other things! 4). Hire a coach It’s much less overwhelming to have someone else do the planning for you, right? So, work with an online coach who has experience creating programs to fit into your at-home lifestyle! They’ll help figure out where your struggles are, and what needs to change to help you succeed. Which one of these tips was the most helpful?
