Chocolate & Peanut Butter Protein Bites

I knew I needed to figure out a quick, easy snack I could take on-the-go with me for a little pick-me-up. When I found this recipe for peanut butter & chocolate protein bites, I was so excited to try it! I modified it slightly to make it gluten and dairy free (mostly for when I’m in a show) and they’re delicious! So, I wanted to share them with you all!

Ingredients:

1 Cup: Rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)

½ Cup: Cashew milk (or any milk of your choice)

2 Tablespoons: Cocoa powder

1 Teaspoon: Vanilla extract

¾ Cup: Creamy peanut butter

</script>

Instructions:

1). Combine all dry ingredients into small mixing bowl.

2). Add wet ingredients, and mix well.

3). Place mixture in the fridge for 1 hour to allow mixture to chill.

4). Remove mixture from the fridge, and roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.

5). Place on a plate and put back in the fridge for another hour to set the mixture.

6). Eat and enjoy!
