I knew I needed to figure out a quick, easy snack I could take on-the-go with me for a little pick-me-up. When I found this recipe for peanut butter & chocolate protein bites, I was so excited to try it! I modified it slightly to make it gluten and dairy free (mostly for when I’m in a show) and they’re delicious! So, I wanted to share them with you all!
Ingredients:
1 Cup: Rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
½ Cup: Cashew milk (or any milk of your choice)
2 Tablespoons: Cocoa powder
1 Teaspoon: Vanilla extract
