How to Re-Frame Your 2021

I think we can all agree, 2020 definitely threw us more curveballs than we ever expected. It showed us how uncertain everything can be, and how sometimes, no matter what we plan for, things sometimes take an unexpected turn. So, in this weeks blog post, I wanted to share a few ways I’m refocusing in 2021.

1). Have a backup plan

I think everyone saw how important having a backup plan really is, thanks to 2020. So, I have my Plan A for 2021, as well as Plan B. This applies to both my personal life, as well as my professional life.

2). Have a daily list of non-negotiables

This is a list of things that, regardless of what happens over the course of a day, always get done. I’ve found that having these things makes me feel productive, even if it’s a slower day. And, when I feel like I’ve been productive, I always feel accomplished at the end of the day.

3). Declutter your space

I think we can all agree, nobody wants any leftovers from 2020! I took some time at the beginning of the year to really do a deep clean throughout my house, and figure of what I can get rid of to free up my space. After all, if your space is cluttered, so is your mind.

Do any of these resonate with you? If so, share which one in the comments below! And, here’s to a brighter year ahead of us!
